Duplex Steel Bright Bars consist of around 22–25% chromium, 4–7% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, with the remainder being iron, and small amounts of nitrogen and manganese. Its dual-phase microstructure merges the characteristics of both ferritic and austenitic stainless steels, thus resulting in a high tensile strength (620–880 MPa) as well as yield strength (450–620 MPa).
